Hengchang Dai
He is currently a senoir research geophysicist of Edinburgh Anisotropy Project in the British Geological Survey. He received his BSc degree (1982) in Geophysics from The University of Science and Technology of China, his MSc degree (1984) in Geophysics from Institute of Geophysics, China Seismological Bureau, and his PhD degree (1996) in Seismology from the University of Edinburgh. During 1984-1991, he worked as an assistant research fellow in the Institute of Geophysics, CSB. Since 1997, he has been employed by British Geological Survey . His research interests include seismic anisotropy, multi-component seismic data processing and interpretation, parallel computing and artificial neural network applications.
